A.Change.Is.Gonna.Come

We go through three stages in life which are the teen age, working age and old age. What are the differences among these three stages?

When we are teens, we have more TIME doing the things we like, like going out for movies, shopping and playing basketballs with friends. The only time we don't have is during school hours. Hell yeah we have plenty of ENERGY! Always moving about, living an active life by getting involved in activities. But what we don't have is MONEY. Because not working, therefore, no income. Unless, we take up part-time jobs.

At working age, we will all have MONEY. We'll also have ENERGY. All we will do is work, work and work with a big pile of papers sitting on our desks. Or perhaps busy doing something else. However, TIME is what we are lacking of. We will go to work before break of the dawn and reach home by nightfall. At the end of the day, there'll only few hours left till the following day begins.

Despite being at the last stage in life, there's still TIME. We often see elderly people holding hand in hand, walking down the park, playing tai chi or lian gong and yam cha early in the morning. For those who'll receive an old-age/a retirement pension, a regular income will be paid by the government, therefore, there'll be MONEY. But then, we'll have no ENERGY. Some of us will need a stick or a cane to assist us in walking.

C'est la vie, which means that's life.

You can't always get everything you want. There are times when you have to forgo something that you would like to do or to have in order to achieve another. It's just like making decisions. When you want this, you can't have that. Which is why you need to pick and choose.
